No. Approximately 5%–6% per annum is an indicative gross yield, quoted before fees, and it is calculated as at 20th August 2026. It is not a forecast or a guarantee and changes with portfolio composition and market conditions.
Management, administration and dealing fees apply. No entry fees apply and no exit fee applies if the portfolio is liquidated. The first 12 months’ Administration Fee is waived for new client accounts only, and this limited offer expires on 31 December 2026. Full fees and terms are set out in the brochure.
Yes. The portfolio is held in a C&P Nominee account. You can see the actual bonds held through Curmi Digital Wealth and receive quarterly reporting.
